As a certified helicopter pilot, she has most recently joined the team at Great Slave Helicopters, serving as the Dawson City Base Manager of TransNorth. Joanie is passionate about pan-northern economic development and is dedicated to enhancing local spending and fostering regional growth. Her diverse skill set and commitment to the economic prosperity of the North make her a valuable asset to the Dawson City Chamber.
